We believe that receiving the right support services is vital for our residents to enjoy life to the fullest while maintaining their health and independence.


Abington Court senior living center is close to many amenities and services including parks, shopping, churches, Health Care clinics and hospitals, cultural venues, and public transportation right at our doorstep!


However, we are especially proud of our many in-house amenities that are guaranteed to maximize your comfort and enjoyment.

Utilities


At Abington Court, all basic utilities are included such as:

  • Individually-controlled Heating and Air Conditioning.
  • Energy-Efficient Heating: Safe and 'green', which reduces dry air syndrome common in the winter months.
  • Individual Cable, Internet and/or Telephone: Available in your suite for an additional charge.

Housekeeping:


We make sure your space feels comfortable and clean:


  • Daily Housekeeping, Room Cleaning and Bed Making
  • Weekly Personal Laundry and Linen Service
  • Additional personal laundry services are available to assist with continence conditions.


Parking & Elevators:


  • Secured Underground Parking: Available to residents and visitors on a first come, first served basis.
  • The building offers three elevators to reduce waiting times.


Security & Safety:


We provide around-the-clock security and state of the art fire and safety systems, including sprinklers in each suite. Abington Court also has an emergency back-up generator for your peace of mind.


Lounges:


At ‘The Court’, you'll find inviting lounges, including several fireside, and a home theatre lounge with a billiards table.

Library:


Abington Court offers two quiet, comfortable, well-stocked libraries. One on the first floor and the second is situated on the 2nd floor, offering an expansive view of the patio and gardens through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Abington Court senior’s residence has a well-stocked games room, including the Nintendo Wii System for strengthening and balance improvement, and just plain fun.


Hairdresser:


A hairdresser is available on-site by appointment.

At Abington Court, our Memory Land Care provides a fully secured, 24-hour staffed environment designed to support individuals living with dementia. This fully locked-down safety ward ensures peace of mind for families while offering a warm, engaging space for residents.

We offer purpose-driven activities, gentle and respectful care, and a secure, naturally lit environment to promote comfort and connection. When appropriate, residents are invited to enjoy entertainment or supervised walks in our private backyard. All care services—including meals, medication, personal care, and more—are included in one comprehensive package, ensuring consistency and ease for both residents and families.
